No refunds after arrival!

Balance of payment is due upon arrival. Payments can be made by cash or Postal Money Order. You may also prepay in full by personal check at least three weeks in advance.


Pool closes at dark.
No food permitted within 15 feet of the pool.
No children under 16 years of age permitted in the pool area without parent.
No glass or breakable items inside the pool fence.
Hot tub is private.
There is an 11PM noise curfew.
The office closes at 8 PM. If you need something please ask early in the day.

Damage Waiver

We are now charging a security deposit of $200, we do not charge a cleaning fee, except if the room is left in poor condition. Cleaning fees range from $50 to $100. We reserve the right to charge for damage to the unit or for missing items. The credit card you provide will be used in the event of damage or loss. In addition, the following special charges and conditions apply.

Smoking: All of our units are non-smoking. If smoking is detected in your unit, a charge of $200 will be billed to your credit card.

Pet Policy: We allow small dogs (under 40 pounds) in specific units only You must ask in advance if you wish to book a pet friendly unit, and bring a small dog. If a pet is brought into a non-dog friendly unit, a special cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to cover the deep cleaning required to ensure the atmosphere is free of allergens. There is a $30 Per day pet fee.

Keys: Two keys are provided. There is a $10 fee for each lost key.

Boats: If you are renting a boat slip, you are responsible for any damage caused by your boat to our docks or to other boats.
